Exhibit Fee: Includes: one 6 foot draped table, two chairs, an electric power source, and exhibitor ID name tags. Please see the Exhibit/Sponsor Registration Form for the current fee schedule. Seminar lunch tickets may be purchased for $45 each. Chaparral Suites also has a restaurant, on site.
Sponsorship: Refreshment Break: $500 per morning or afternoon break.
Includes: one exhibit table packet; display of the company banner or sign (if available) on the day of the break; acknowledgement at the start of the general session; and one lunch ticket for the exhibit date.
Lunch: $800 to $1000
Includes: One exhibit table packet; display of the company banner or sign (if available) on the day of the lunch; acknowledgement at the start of the general session and at the lunch break; and two lunch tickets for the sponsor representatives.
Speaker: $500 to $3000
Includes: One exhibit table packet; display of the company banner or sign (if available) on the day of the speaker presentation; acknowledgement at the start of
the general session, and prior to the presentation; and one lunch ticket for the sponsor.
Payment: Sponsors submitting the registration form and fees by March 26, 2010 will be recognized in the seminar registration brochure. To ensure space at the exhibit, and inclusion on the exhibitor contact list provided to attendees, registration forms and fees must be received by July 2, 2010. Make payment by check, money order, or cashiers check payable to the Arizona School Nurse Consortium.
Cancellation: If the exhibit event should be canceled, due to circumstances beyond the control of AZSNC, the exhibitor shall waive any claims for damages or compensation. If you are unable to attend the exhibit event, a written cancellation is requested no later than June 30, 2010.
Confirmation: AZSNC will provide confirmation of registration by U.S.P.S. mail, FAX, or e-mail.
Set-Up: All exhibits must be set up for viewing by 4 PM on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. The exhibit space will be available starting at 12 Noon. Exhibits must be removed after the exhibit event, by 8 PM.
Security: It is advised that exhibits be staffed by at least one person during exhibit hours. The Arizona School Nurse Consortium or any of it's supporters are not liable for damage or loss due to theft, fire, accident or any destructive causes. Exhibitors are advised to insure their own exhibit, display and materials.
The Resort: The Chaparral Suites Resort rate for the AZSNC Seminar is $89 per room, single or double, and includes: complimentary, cooked to order, breakfast; complimentary evening reception; use of the exercise center; and an airport shuttle Service.
