There will be a new venue and meeting times for the AAC Meetings in 2010. All meetings wil be help at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, 124 W. Thomas Road, 2nd Floor Conference Room. Meetings will be from 1300 to 1500 (1pm to 3pm). Visitor parking is available directly across the street in the garage.

Cardiovascular Health Public Forum
Sponsored by Arizona Heart Institute will be held March 2nd at the Phoenician Grand Ballroom, 7:00-8:30 pm (seating begins at 6:15 pm)
Special events are held before the program, such as: Health Fair, Free blood pressure & body fat testing, “Ask a Pharmacist” Table, Free educational materials, Raffle for prizes.
The educational program includes latest advancement in cardiovascular care and treatments. Presentations are by Dr.Edward Diethrich and colleagues.

Free SafeTALK training, March 4th, 2010. The workshop is designed for community members and all types of formal and informal caregivers. Participants will learn how to be alert to suicide, discover invitations that indicate a person is having thoughts of suicide, and know how to refer a person for help.
